What we collect

• When you order: your name, email address, phone number, billing address and delivery address.
• When you contact us: whatever you put in your text, email or enquiry form.
• Your order details: what you bought, when, and how much you paid.

Why we collect it

• To take your order, deliver it, and deal with returns.
• To answer your questions and give you support.
• To keep the sales and tax records that Canadian law requires us to keep.

We do not use your information for advertising and we do not build profiles about you.

Who else sees it

Only the companies that have to, in order to complete your order:

• Stripe — to process your payment.
• The courier — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver.
• Our web host — which stores the site itself.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We would only hand it to an authority if the law required us to.

Cookies

This website uses only the basic cookies needed for pages to work. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics on this site. Stripe's checkout page sets its own cookies to keep your payment secure.

How long we keep it

We keep order and tax records for six years, which is what the Canada Revenue Agency requires. Enquiry messages that do not lead to an order are deleted once they are dealt with.

Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act you can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your information, where we are not legally required to keep it.

Keeping it safe

This website runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to order information is limited to the people who need it to fill your order. If information we hold were ever exposed, we would tell the people affected and the Privacy Commissioner, as the law requires.

Children

This site is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information we will update this page and change the date below.
