We are a licensed electrical contractor serving Surrey and the Lower Mainland, British Columbia, and we sell lighting, fans and electrical products across Canada.
Company registration: Fly4000 Electric Ltd. is incorporated in British Columbia under the Business Corporations Act, incorporation number BC1274204, incorporated 10 November 2020. Our GST/HST registration number is 701412132RT0001. Both can be verified with the BC Registry and the Canada Revenue Agency.
If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a typing or system error, we will contact you before taking the order any further and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your payment and email you a confirmation. If an item turns out to be out of stock after you order, we will tell you and refund you in full.
We may decline an order if we cannot deliver to the address given, if we suspect fraud, or if the order breaks these terms.
Payment is taken at the time of ordering by Stripe. We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. We never see or store your card number — see our Privacy Policy.
Delivery times, costs and what happens if something goes wrong are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You have 30 days to return an item and we pay the return postage. The full terms are in our Return & Refund Policy, which also forms part of these terms.
Products bought through this website are supplied only. Installation is a separate service, quoted separately, and is not included in any online purchase.
Electrical installation in British Columbia must be carried out by a qualified person and, where required, under a permit issued by Technical Safety BC or the local authority. If you install a product yourself or have someone else install it, that is your responsibility, and we are not liable for work we did not carry out. We are happy to quote you for installation in the Lower Mainland.
We describe our products as accurately as we can, and the photographs are of the actual products. Colours can look different on different screens, and manufacturers occasionally change specifications. If a product is not as described when it arrives, that is covered by our returns policy.
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where one applies. This is in addition to your rights under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act of British Columbia and the Sale of Goods Act. Contact us and we will help you make a warranty claim.
We are responsible for supplying the product you ordered, in the condition described, within the times we state. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example lost income or the cost of other work — arising from a delay or a faulty product. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Canadian consumer protection law, and nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
The text, photographs and layout of this site belong to Fly4000 Electric Ltd. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking. Do not use this site to break the law or to interfere with how it works.
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of British Columbia. This does not stop you from bringing a claim in your own province if consumer protection law in that province gives you that right.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it.
